Dublin To-Do List
Food:
- Pho Ta – best Vietnamese food I have ever had, 12/10 recommend getting a crispy noodle cake
- Pitt Bros – good BBQ
- Murphy’s – handmade ice cream, expensive, but worth it. Recommend Cinnamon and Irish Soda Bread
- Jo’Burger – unique burger place
- Arthur’s Pub – the Shepard’s Pie is AMAZING. This restaurant is really close to the Guinness Storehouse
Activities:
- Cliffs of Moher – a MUST do! Paddywagon Tours was a great company to go with. I would book this before the end of January if you are going for St. Patty’s Day
- Guinness Tour – buy your tickets online ahead of time (~2 hours)
- Patrick’s Cathedral
- Trinity Library
- Dublin Castle
- Copper – a really fun bar / club to go out to
St. Patty’s Day:
- The liquor stores don’t open until 12, so buy your alcohol the night before
- Nothing really opens until 12, so pregame in the room and head out to the temple bar area at 11:15ish
- People go all out, so dress up
- Everyone will be in the Temple Bar Area and at Temple Bar. Temple Bar is fun and worth checking out but it’s super expensive. I would drink somewhere else before going to Temple Bar
- MOST BARS ARE 21+!!!! BRING THE RIGHT ID!!!
